My friend Natalie is an Interior Designer and President of the Washington Chapter of Women in Healthcare. She had the idea of offering members a free headshot at their March event and called me. The sponsor of the event, Cambria USA, manufactures quartz surfaces, and they expressed an interest in using the materials in their showroom as backdrops for the images. This was a first event shoot for what was to become Grit City Headshots. Everyone had fun and I had lots of great comments about the outcome. Here are a few of the images.
