On-Location Business Headshots
$495 session + $75 per person
The process:
We start with a site visit to understand your location and objectives: who we’re photographing, what the images are for, and what style you’re after. I follow up with a confirmed schedule and a guide on what to wear, then arrive ahead of the first session to set up lights and the backdrop. Delivery speed depends on the number of individuals and how quickly you pick your favorites.
What’s included:
- Sessions begin at 4 or more people; the session fee covers travel and setup in Pierce County.
- 2 images per individual.
- A large group shot or a smaller team shot.
- Custom scheduling per individual (where practical), with a calendar link to pick a time in advance.
- A private proof gallery right away after the shoot.
Events & Conferences
$1,200 / day
Headshots can be a real perk at a conference or company event. I set up on site and photograph attendees throughout the day, with sign-up and logistics handled so your staff doesn’t have to manage anything. Participants love it!
How it works:
Attendees use an easy automated sign-up to pick their time slot. Each session is kept efficient so the line keeps moving, but every individual gets my full attention, careful post-processing, and a great headshot.
